The first collection

Pick your word.

Short on purpose. Choosing should feel like picking your word, not browsing a catalogue.

Gold or silver finish on every word. Stainless steel underneath, so you can wear it in the sea if you like.

You'll get asked about it. Here's what to say.

Every pair comes with a small card: the word, how to say it, what it means, and one line about when you'd use it. Irish is a living language. We want you to use it.

We default to Munster Irish, the Irish of Waterford's own Gaeltacht.

Our story

It started with a move to the sea.

Mo Rún began in Tramore, Co. Waterford, with a simple wish: to wear the Irish language the way you'd wear something from someone you love. Not a souvenir. A word that's yours.

Each word is checked by a fluent speaker before it ever touches metal. Each pair is finished to be worn daily, in weather, without fuss.

Made to be worn

Stainless steel with gold or silver plating. Hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant, and happy in salt air.

Made to be given

Textured card, the word in gold, the story on the back. It's ready to hand over as it is.

Made to be said

Correct fadas, checked spelling, a pronunciation you can actually use. We take the language seriously so you can wear it lightly.
